This place is OK as far as basketball facilities are concerned. Flooring is decent and clean. Little to no bleachers for spectators (I’m sitting on the floor as I type this). Has a place to get drinks and food. On a February morning it was not hot inside. For our tournament we were slotted with ONE game today and it’s $20 to park each day and $36 for a weekend pass. Seems more like a money grab with not enough perks for those paying the money. Kids enjoyed it.

I already had my personal thoughts , but I read a bunch of the other reviews before typing mind to just see if it matched what anybody else was saying. The $15 for parking is ridiculous. There's no other paid parking nearby, like the other reviews say they literally just cone off their neighboring parking lots and then charge for parking to double dip all these parents that are already paying admission to come watch their kids play. We understand you need to pay your own rent and your business. So charging admission is understandable but Cohen off.The surrounding parking lots and charging for parking also is just double dipping and ridiculous. Also hot inside. By looks of the photos I have attached, it really doesn't look like they have AC (if they do, they dont run it, or, its struggling.) Spme ducting on 1 wall, which is interesting, but not enough for that large of a space. Seating is limited too (as they are maximizing court space - I get it. But those metal bleachers suck.) **Giving 2 stars bcuz the bathrooms were clean despite large tournament, so give credit where credit is due.

This place is great and doesn’t deserve some of the hate it gets. The ones who review it poorly seem to be those who come for volleyball, but let’s be real, I’d probably be angry all the time if volleyball was my world too. Easy to find. Well organized. Pretty standard pricing on parking and concessions as anywhere else in southern CA. No complaints here.

Expect to pay $20 for parking if coming for a tournament. All lots closed for paid parking. Not just the actual location of the sports tournaments. Free parking across Boeing parking lot by other businesses that don’t mind that you park there for free. The teams pay to play at the tournament, there’s an entrance fee and they still want to charge for parking? Most people will be here 2-3 hours. You get a better price for your time parking at Disneyland. Hopefully coaches and teams realize there are better venues and stop giving this place unnecessary amounts of money. Edit: Second day of tournament and they are still charging for parking. Here’s the expected price breakdown for 2 parents and their kid. $40 parking for using only 2 hours each day, $80 entrance fee for parents ($20 each per day). That’s $120 for 4 hours! That doesn’t include the team fee that’s been paid already. Also, once they get enough money for parking the workers leave. We had late games and in the last game no one was working the parking entrance. That clearly goes to show you it’s just a cash grab. Coaches, tournament coordinators, please find other venues that won’t do this nonsense. There’s a lot out there. This is the only place I’ve been to that does this

Very nice facility that is well kept, clean and well run. Parking is tough as limited space in lots and parking not allowed on Apollo Court per posted signage. Got a ticket my last visit even though it had never been enforced by City of Seal Beach the entire season.
