I love the environment here, I always feel welcome and not out of place even though I'm not much of a gym-rat. I love Barbara in child watch. She's such a sweet heart! Everyone else in child watch is great too! The classes I've been to have been really fun and everyone has always made me feel welcome. We love going here to play pickleball as well and look forward to playing again once they finish construction.

Gym is nice and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pickleball program is a ton of fun with good players. They seem to be improving the facility as well. I’ve had good experiences with all the members I’ve interacted with.

I’m really disappointed with how the front desk staff is treated at this location. It’s clear the office and management team show little respect toward them, and it creates a really uncomfortable atmosphere. One staff member in particular, Rhonda, has an incredibly rude and unprofessional attitude. Based on what I’ve witnessed, I absolutely would not recommend getting a membership here.

I can honestly say the Falls is one of the best Gyms I have ever joined. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff who made me feel welcome. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-notch machines and free weights. Whether you're into strength training, cardio or group classes, they've got it all. I love the variety of group classes offered- they really help keep my workouts motivating and fun. I would definitely recommend The Falls to anyone looking for a great gym experience!

Just not a positive environment at times because of some of the managers. One I remember is Rhonda who seems very rude to other younger employees and even yelled at one of the workers at the desk. I see other reviews from a while ago about the same thing so hopefully things might finally change.
